First the chicken is marinated with Garlic and Ginger. Then it gets coated in a special batter. I fry them until they are golden brown. Sometimes I can’t help but wanting to eat them!! They are then Finally coated in my special sauce. When I’m done they are visually so appetizing! So far this is my best seller!

    Per my niece: Best. Chicken. Ever. She unconsciously makes that nomnom sound that happy cats make when they’re eating something they love! She says I make those sounds, too! Big pieces, perfect balance of sweet and salty. So perfectly cooked it’s still crunchy even when left at room temperature an hour later!
